SAE Magnetics (Dongguan) LTD. uses many chemical agents in production and cleaning, producing industrial waste with a high concentration of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The active charcoal filter previously used gets saturated quickly, causing a reduction in filtration efficiency and an increase in operating costs due to frequent filter replacement.
Solution
With the NCCO Air Treatment Unit's installation, the removal rate of volatile organic compound (TVOC) was up to 56%. And after one and a half years of installation, the purification performance remained satisfactory. The air quality met the standards regulated by China even without filter replacements.
